Onceyourmedicalexaminationhasbeencompleted,thePanelPhysicianwillsubmit

medicalresultstoIRCCforassessment.ToobtainacopyofyourImmigrationMedical

Examination,pleaseaskthePanelPhysicianatthetimeofyourappointment.

PayingforyourImmigrationMedicalExamination

Anycostsrelatedtothemedicalexaminationareyourresponsibilityandarepayabletothe

PanelPhysicianatthetimeofexamination.ThispaymentisforthePanelPhysiciansservicesand

cannotbereturnedevenifyourimmigrationapplicationisrefusedorthevalidityperiod(有效期)

ofyourimmigrationmedicalexaminationends.

Note:IfyouarequalifiedforcoverageundertheInterimFederalHealthProgram,thecosts

relatedtoyourimmigrationmedicalexaminationmaybecoveredbytheIFHP.Pleaseconfirm
