ThisLeaseAgreement(the“Agreement”)ismadeandenteredintoon[LeaseCommencementDate]byandbetween[Lessor’sName],theLessor,and[Lessee’sName],theLessee.

1.TheLessor

TheLessoristheownerofthepropertylocatedat[AddressoftheProperty],whichisleasedtotheLesseeunderthetermsandconditionsofthisAgreement.

2.TheLessee

TheLesseeisthepartythatwilloccupyandusethepropertyforthepurposeof[PurposeoftheLease].TheLesseemaybeanindividual,apartnership,acorporation,oranyotherlegalentity.

3.TheProperty

ThepropertythatisleasedtotheLesseeislocatedat[AddressoftheProperty].TheLessorhasfulltitletothepropertyandallrightsassociatedwithit.

4.TheLeaseTerm

TheLeaseTermofthisAgreementshallbefrom[LeaseCommencementDate]to[LeaseTerminationDate].TheLesseemayoccupyandusethepropertyfromtheLeaseCommencementDateuntiltheLeaseTerminationDate.

5.TheRent

TherentforthepropertyshallbepaidbytheLesseetotheLessorintheamountof[RentAmount]permonth.Thefirstrentpaymentshallbemadeon[FirstRentPaymentDate].Subsequentrentpaymentsshallbemadeonthesamedayofeachmonththereafter.

6.TheSecurityDeposit

TheLesseeshallprovideasecuritydeposittotheLessorintheamountof[SecurityDepositAmount].ThesecuritydepositshallbeusedtocoveranydamagestothepropertyoranyunpaidrentthatmayoccurduringtheLeaseTerm.

7.TheUseoftheProperty

TheLesseeshallusethepropertysolelyforthepurposeof[PurposeoftheLease].TheLesseemaynotusethepropertyforanyotherpurposewithoutthewrittenconsentoftheLessor.

8.TheMaintenanceoftheProperty

TheLesseeshallmaintainthepropertyinacleanandsafecondition.TheLesseeshallalsoberesponsibleforanyrepairsorreplacementstha
