OFFSHOREEMPLOYMENTAGREEMENT

OFFSHOREEMPLOYER:

AGREEMENT:

ThisAgreementismadeandeffectiveasof[EffectiveDate]byandbetweentheaforesaidoffshoreemployerandtheaforesaidoffshoreemployee,hereinafterreferredtoastheParties.

1.EmploymentTerm:

ThetermofemploymentshallcommenceontheEffectiveDateandcontinueuntil[EndDate],unlessotherwiseterminatedbyeitherParty.

2.PositionandResponsibilities:

Theoffshoreemployeeshallholdthepositionof[Position]andshallberesponsibleforthedutiesandfunctionsassociatedwithsuchpositionasprescribedbytheoffshoreemployer.

3.Remuneration:

Theoffshoreemployeeshallreceiveatotalcompensationpackage,whichincludesbasesalary,performanceincentives,andotherbenefits,asdeterminedbytheoffshoreemployer.Thecompensationpackageshallbereviewedandadjusted,ifnecessary,atthediscretionoftheoffshoreemployer.

4.WorkingArrangements:

Theoffshoreemployeeshallworkinaccordancewiththeworkingarrangementsprescribedbytheoffshoreemployer,whichmayincludeworkinghours,location,andotherrelatedmatters.Theoffshoreemployeeshallalsocomplywithanysafetyregulationsandguidelinesprovidedbytheoffshoreemployer.

5.TerminationofEmployment:

EitherPartymayterminatethisAgreementatanytime,foranyreason,subjecttotheprovisionsofthisAgreement.Theoffshoreemployeeshallbeentitledtoreceivealloutstandingcompensationduetothematthetimeoftermination,asdeterminedbytheoffshoreemployer.

6.Confidentiality:

ThePartiesshallmaintaintheconfidentialityofallinformationrelatedtothisAgreement,itsterms,anditsperformance,exceptasrequiredbylaworwiththewrittenconsentoftheotherParty.
