一.设计概述
1.背景说明
人事工资管理是企、事业单位中的一项主要管理工作,特别是对于企、事业单位的决策者和管理者来说,人事工资管理工作都是至关重要的,但一直以来人们是使用传统的人工方式管理数据和文档,这种管理方式存在着许多缺点,如:效率低、必威体育官网网址性差,也不够方便、灵活,另外随着企、事业单位人员数量的增加,其管理的工作量也将大大增加,这必然增加了管理人员的工作量和劳动强度,同时将产生大量的文件和数据,这给人事工资中各种数据信息的查找、更新和维护都带来了不少困难。据调查,目前很多企、事业单位的人事工资管理依然停留在纸介质的基础上,这样的管理机制已经不能适应时代发展的需要,也不能满足管理工作逐步走向规范化、科学化和自动化的要求。随着计算机科学与技术的日渐成熟和计算机应用的普及,计算机已进入到人类社会的各个领域,并发挥着越来越重要的作用。原来这种传统的手工管理模式必然被以计算机为物质基础的信息管理方式所取代。
作为计算机应用的一部分,使用计算机对人事工资信息进行管理,有着手工管理所无法比拟的优点,如:检索迅速、查找方便、可靠性高、存储量大、必威体育官网网址性好、寿命长、成本低等,这些优点能够极大地提高人事工资管理的工作效率
