#PREAMBLE

ThisEmploymentContractismadeandenteredintobyandbetweentheabove-namedEmployeeandEmployer,inaccordancewiththeprovisionsoftheEmploymentAct,Cap.91AofSingapore,andotherrelevantregulations.

#CLAUSE1-CONTRACTOFEMPLOYMENT

1.1TheEmployeeshallrenderhisservicestotheEmployerasa[Position]foraperiodof[ContractDuration]years,commencingfromtheDateofCommencement.
