FactoryRentalAgreement
ThisFactoryRentalAgreement(hereinafterreferredtoastheAgreement)ismadeandeffectiveasof[Date]between[NameoftheRentingCompanyorPerson](hereinafterreferredtoastheRenter),and[NameoftheOwnerCompanyorPerson](hereinafterreferredtoastheOwner).
1.Premises
TheRenteragreestorentfromtheOwnerthefollowingpremiseslocatedat[AddressoftheFactory],referredtohereinafterastheFactory.
2.TermofRental
ThetermofthisAgreementshallcommenceon[StartDate]andshallcontinueuntil[EndDate].Aftertheexpirationofthisterm,unlessotherwisemutuallyagreedinwritingbybothparties,thisAgreementshallterminate.
3.RentalPayment
TheRentershallpaytheOwneratotalrentof[Amount]per[Month/Year]fortheuseandoccupancyoftheFactory.Paymentsshallbemadeonatimelybasisasagreeduponbybothparties.
4.UsageandConditions
TheRentershallusetheFactoryonlyforlawfulpurposes,inagoodandpropermanner,andinaccordancewithallapplicablelaws,regulations,andcodes.TheRentershallnotalterordamagethepremisesinanywaywithoutpriorwrittenconsentfromtheOwner.
5.SecurityInterest
TheOwnerretainsasecurityinterestintheFactoryanditscontentsuntilfullpaymentofallrentandotherchargesdueunderthisAgreementhavebeenreceived.
6.MaintenanceandRepairs
TheRentershallberesponsibleforallmaintenanceandrepairstotheFactory,exceptthosecausedbynaturaldisastersorotheractsbeyondthecontrolofeitherparty.TheRentershallensurethattheFactoryremainsingoodconditionduringthetermofthisAgreement.
7.Eviction
IncaseofdefaultinpaymentofrentorbreachofanyothertermorconditionofthisAgreement,theOwnershallhavetherighttoterminatethisAgreementandevicttheRenterfromtheFactory.
