2.PartyBshallnotalterordamagethestructureorfacilitiesoftheleasedhousewithoutPartyA’sconsent.

3.PartyBshallcomplywithallapplicablelawsandregulationsregardingtheuseoftheleasedhouse.

Article5:SecurityDeposit

PartyBshallpayasecuritydepositof[Insertamount]toPartyAuponsigningthisContract.UponexpiryorterminationofthisContract,PartyAshallreturnthesecuritydeposittoPartyBafterverifyingthattheleasedhouseisingoodcondition.
