Abstract

TherapiddevelopmentandwideapplicationofInternettechnologyhas

changedtremendouslythewaywemanegeourlives,andcommunicatewitheach

other,whichleadstoincreasingtypesofconflictsandrisingtrendofvarious

socialevents.SocialmediaplatformWeibofeaturesitselfwithsocial

communicationandhasmadeitselfoneofthemostinfluentialsocialplatforms,

onwhichvariousemerginghoteventspromptcomplicatedandvolatilenetwork

publicopinion.Therefore,learninglawsandnetworkstructuresofnetworkpublic

opinioncanbeofrealsignificanceinpracticeinmaintainingsocialstabilityand

publicopinionsecurityduringthetransitionalperiodinChina.First,thepaper

reviewsthecurrentresearchstatusofnetworkpublicopinionandsocialnetwork

analysisaswellastherelatedtheory,itsummarizesthecharacteristicsanddefects

ofthecurrentresearchonnetworkpublicopinioncommunication.Second,acase

studyofassaultinTangshancityisusedtocollectsnetworkdataandconstructing

communityrelationshipnetworkandbinaryrelationshipmatrix,thatisbasedon

socialnetworkanalysisandUcinetsoftware.Third,thepaperhasmadean

analysisontheindicatorsofdensity,centralityandcohesivesubgroups,anda

studyoncommunicationofitsdifferentfeaturesandemotionaltrendsinthefour

stagesofgerminationperiod,outbreakperiod,durationperiodandlongtailperiod

onthegroundoflife-cycleofprojectTheory.Andfinally,processstudieson

networkpublicopinioncommunicationanditsstructurefeaturesareongoingto

identifytheinternalstructureandpotentialconnectionofthekeyparticipantsin
