数字化转型下海尔智家财务绩效问题及对策

摘要

随着海尔智家数字化转型的不断深化，其在新的经营环境中所暴露出来的财务业绩问题也日益凸显出来。本研究以海尔智家2020-2024年的财务数据为基础，研究其盈利能力、偿债能力、营运能力以及发展能力等问题，并归纳出其原因。研究发现，海尔智家虽然在数字化转型过程中取得了较好的财务业绩，但仍然存在盈利能力不足、偿债风险较大、运营效率较低、市场竞争能力较弱等问题。为此，本课题从降低成本管理、强化技术和业务融合、提升市场竞争力、健全内部治理和组织结构等方面，对海尔智家今后的发展具有一定的借鉴意义。

WiththecontinuousdeepeningofHaierSmartHomesdigitaltransformation,thefinancialperformanceissuesexposedinthenewbusinessenvironmentarebecomingincreasinglyprominent.ThisstudyisbasedonthefinancialdataofHaierSmartHomefrom2020to2024,investigatingitsprofitability,debtpayingability,operationalability,anddevelopmentability,andsummarizingthereasonsbehindthem.ResearchhasfoundthatalthoughHaierSmartHomehasachievedgoodfinancialperformanceintheprocessofdigitaltransformation,itstillfacesproblemssuchasinsufficientprofitability,highdebtrepaymentrisks,lowoperationalefficiency,andweakmarketcompetitiveness.Therefore,thisprojecthascertainreferencesignificanceforthefuturedevelopmentofHaierSmartHomefromtheaspectsofreducingcostmanagement,strengtheningtechnologyandbusinessintegration,enhancingmarketcompetitiveness,improvinginternalgovernanceandorganizationalstructure.
