InternationalCargoTransportationContract

ThisInternationalCargoTransportationContract(hereinafterreferredtoastheContract)ismadebyandbetweenPartyAandPartyB,whoagreetotransportgoodsinaccordancewiththetermsandconditionssetoutbelow.

Article1:ContractScope

ThisContractcoversthetransportationofgoodsfromtheport/placeofloadingspecifiedinArticle3totheport/placeofdischargespecifiedinArticle4bythemeansoftransportationspecifiedinArticle2.

Article2:ModeofTransportation

Thegoodsshallbetransportedby[specifymodeoftransportation,e.g.,air,sea,land].

Article3:Port/PlaceofLoading

Thegoodsshallbeloadedat[specifyport/placeofloading].

Article4:Port/PlaceofDischarge

Thegoodsshallbedischargedat[specifyport/placeofdischarge].

Article5:Cargo

5.1ThedetailsofthecargotobecarriedarespecifiedintheAppendixAattachedtothisContract.Suchdetailsincludethetypeandquantityofgoods,weight,volume,dimensions,andanyotherrelevantinformation.

5.2PartyBshallensurethatthecargoisproperlyhandledandstoredduringtransportation.

Article6:TransportationCharges

6.1Thetransportationchargesforthecargoshallbecalculatedaccordingtothetariffratesagreeduponbybothparties.SuchchargesshallbepaidbyPartyAtoPartyBinaccordancewithArticle7.

6.2Anyadditionalcharges,suchashandlingfees,storagefees,etc.,shallbeclearlystatedinwritingandagreeduponbybothpartiesbeforethecommencementoftransportation.

Article7:Payment

7.1Paymentforthetransportationservicesshallbemadeinaccordancewiththetermsagreeduponbybothparties.SuchpaymentshallbemadewithinthetimeframespecifiedintheContract.

7.2Anydelayinpaymentshallbesubjecttopenaltiesasa
