1.Whenthedebtstipulatedinthemaincontractisdue,theguaranteeresponsibilityoftheloanprovidedbyPartyAtoPartyByetnotrepaidbyPartyBisascertainedaccordingtothescopeofmortgageguaranteeinArticle3ofthiscontract;beforethedebtstipulatedinthemaincontractisdue,ifPartyAconductsrecourseontheborrowerinadvanceaccordingtothemaincontract,PartyBshallalsotaketheguaranteeresponsibilitywiththecollateral.
