#Article1:ContractualRelationship

1.1ThiscontractestablishesalegalrelationshipbetweenPartyAandPartyBfortheprovisionofadvertisingservicesbyPartyBtoPartyA.

1.2PartyBshallprovideadvertisingservicestoPartyAinaccordancewiththetermsandconditionssetoutinthiscontract.

3.1PartyBshallprovideadvertisingservicestoPartyAinaccordancewiththeinstructionsandrequirementsprovidedbyPartyA.

3.2PartyBshallensurethatalladvertisingmaterialsproducedarelawfulandcomplywithallapplicablelawsandregulations.

3.3PartyBshallusereasonableeffortstoensurethetimelydeliveryofadvertisingservicestoPartyA.
