1.DefinitionsandInterpretation

1.1ThetermsusedinthisContractshallhavethemeaningsspecifiedinitsAppendixAunlessotherwisedefinedherein.

1.2Allreferencestodollaramountsorotherfigures,unlessotherwisestated,refertolegalcurrencyoftherelevantjurisdiction.

2.LoanDetails

2.1TheLenderagreestoloantotheBorrowerthesumof[LoanAmount]attheinterestrateof[InterestRate]%.

2.2Theloanshallberepaidinfullonorbefore[RepaymentDate].

3.RepaymentTerms

5.RightsandObligationsoftheParties

5.1TheLenderhastherighttoreceivetimelypaymentsofprincipalandinterestfromtheBorrower.

5.2TheBorrowerhastheobligationtorepaytheloaninfullandontime,andtocomplywithalltermsandconditionsofthisContract.

6.DefaultandTermination

6.1IftheBorrowerfailstomaketimelypaymentsorbreachesanyothertermofthisContract,theLendermaydeclareadefaultandterminatethisContractinaccordancewithapplicablelaws.
