LesseeshallnotmakeanypermanentalterationorimprovementtotheLeasedLandwithoutobtainingpriorwrittenconsentfromLessor.AnysuchalterationsorimprovementsmadewithoutconsentshallberemovedbyLesseeattheirowncost.

Article6:SubleaseandAssignment

LesseeshallnotsubleaseorassigntheLeasedLand,oranypartofit,withoutthepriorwrittenconsentofLessor.Anysuchsubleaseorassignmentwithoutconsentshallbedeemedabreachofthiscontract.

Article7:TerminationofLease
