AgentCommissionAgreement

ThisAgentCommissionAgreement(theAgreement)ismadeandenteredintobyandbetween[NameofPrincipal](thePrincipal)and[NameofAgent](theAgent)on[DateofSigning].

1.AppointmentofAgent

ThePrincipalherebyappointstheAgentasitsexclusiveagentintheUnitedStatesofAmerica(theUSA)forthepurposeof[specificpurpose,e.g.,representingthePrincipalintheacquisitionofproperty,orthesaleofgoods,etc.].

2.AgentsCommission

2.1TheAgentshallbeentitledtoacommissionof[specificcommissionrate,e.g.,5%ofthetotalcontractvalue]foreachcontractconcludedbythePrincipalwithathirdpartyintheUSAasaresultoftheAgentsefforts.

2.2TheAgentshallalsobeentitledtoacommissionof[specificcommissionrate,e.g.,10%ofthetotalpropertyvalue]foreachpropertyacquiredbythePrincipalintheUSAasaresultoftheAgentsefforts.

3.PaymentofCommission

3.1TheAgentscommissionshallbepaidbythePrincipalonaquarterlybasis,providedthattheAgenthassubmittedallnecessarydocumentationtosupporttheirclaimforcommission.

3.2TheAgentshallprovidethePrincipalwithdetailedinvoicesshowingthecontractvaluesorpropertyvaluesonwhichcommissionisbeingclaimed,togetherwithanyotherrelevantsupportingdocumentation.

4.TermofAgreement

ThisAgreementshallbeeffectivefrom[StartDate]to[EndDate].EitherpartymayterminatethisAgreementwith[specificnoticeperiod,e.g.,30days]noticetotheotherparty.

5.Confidentiality

TheAgentshallkeepconfidentialallinformationprovidedtothembythePrincipal,exceptwheredisclosureisrequiredbylaworwheretheAgentisactingingoodfaithtoprotecttheirowninterests.

6.Indemnification

TheAgentshallbeindemnifiedbythePrincipalagainstanyclaims,losses,orexpensesincurredbytheAgentasaresultoftheirre
