Thiscontractismadeonthedatespecifiedabove,byandbetweentheSellerandtheBuyer,forthesaleofthefollowinggoodsandatthepricesandinthequantitiesspecifiedbelow.Thepartiesherebyagreeasfollows:

3.PricesandQuantities
