一、骨盆结构与分部（Pelvicstructureandassociatedstructure）骨盆的分界（Boundaryofthepelvis）骨盆的组成（Thecompositionofthepelvis）010203骨盆的类型（Typeofthepelvis）

(一)骨盆的组成（Thecompositionofthepelvis）骨骼(bones)关节(joints)韧带(ligaments)骨盆(Thepelvis)：女性骨盆是胎儿阴道娩出时必经的骨性产道。其大小形状对分娩有直接影响。（Thefemalepelvisisthebonybirthcanalthatthefetusmustpassthroughduringvaginaldelivery.Itssizeandshapedirectlyaffectthedeliveryprocess）

(一)骨盆的组成（Thecompositionofthepelvis）骨盆由骶骨、尾骨及左右两块髋骨组成。（Thebonesofthepelvisconsistofsacrum,coccyx,leftandrighthipbones.）每块髋骨又由髂骨、坐骨及耻骨融合而成；（Eachhipboneiscomposedoftheilium,ischium,andpubis;）骶骨由5-6块骶椎合成；（thesacrumiscomposedof5-6sacralvertebrae;）尾骨由4-5块尾椎合成。(thecoccyxiscomposedof4-5caudalvertebrae.）骨盆的骨骼（Thebonesofthepelvis）:

(一)骨盆的组成（Thecompositionofthepelvis）骨盆的韧带（Ligamentsofthepelvis）:骶棘韧带宽度即坐骨切迹宽度，是判断骨盆是否狭窄的重要指标。(Thewidthofthesacrospinousligamentisthewidthofthesciaticnotch,whichisanimportantindicatorofwhetherthepelvisisnarrowornot.）骶、尾骨与坐骨结节之间的骶结节韧带(thesacrotuberousligamentbetweenthesacrum）骶、尾骨与坐骨棘之间的骶棘韧带(thesacrospinousligamentbetweenthesacrum,coccyxandsciaticspine.）

(一)骨盆的组成（Thecompositionofthepelvis）骨盆的标记(Marksofthepelvis）:骶髂坐骨棘耻骨弓髂前上棘（anteriorsuperioriliacspine）坐骨棘（ischialspine）耻骨弓（pubicarch）

（二）骨盆的分界(Boundaryofthepelvis)真骨盆又称小骨盆，又称骨产道，是胎儿娩出的通道。(Thetruepelvis,alsoknownasthepelvisminor,andthebonybirthcanal,whichisthechannelforthedeliveryofthefetus.）
