designedtoprovideyearsofenjoymentandtrouble-freeservice.Therearemanyfeaturesandfunctions

designedintothistransceiver.Toensurethatyourinvestmentisenjoyedtoitsfullestextent,pleasetakea

fewmomentsandthoroughlyreadthismanual.

TheMagnumAlphaForceisamicroprocessorcontrolled,userprogrammableradiocombininghighRFper-

formancewithauser-friendlyenvironment.TheAlphaForceisbuiltruggedtowithstandyearsofuseinharsh

mobileenvironments.AlthoughengineeredwithmobileuseinmindtheAlphaForce,withtheadditionofa

highquality10ampregulatedpowersupply,maybeeasilyadaptedtofixedstationoperation.

SomeofthefeaturesoftheAlphaForceare;anadvanceddesignliquidcrystaldisplaythatprovidesthe

operatorwithafullvisualaccountofthetransceiversoperatingstatus,automaticfrequencyscanningfrom

eitherthefrontpanelormicrophone,memorystorageofyourfavoritefrequencies,programmablefrequency

resolutionofeither1kHz,10kHzor100kHz,andsplit(offset)frequencyoperationforrepeateruse.These
