Ⅰ.SignificanceofMeasuringDCResistanceAftertheinstallationofatransformer,itsinternalstructureissealedwithinsulationmaterials.BymeasuringtheDCresistanceofthetransformer’sthreephases,thefollowingdefectscanbedetected:①Checktheweldingqualityofinternalwindingwiresandleadwires.②Checkthecontactqualityofthetapswitchatvariouspositions.③Checkforanybreakageinthewindingsorlead-outwires.④Checkthecorrectnessofparallelbranchesandmeasureifthereareanybrokenconnectionsinmultipleparallel-woundwindings.⑤Checkforshortcircuitsbetweenlayersorturns.
