InternationalEquipmentRentalContract

PartyA(hereinafterreferredtoasLessor)andPartyB(hereinafterreferredtoasLessee)havejointlyenteredintothisInternationalEquipmentRentalContract(hereinafterreferredtoastheContract)inaccordancewiththeprinciplesofequality,fairness,andmutualbenefit.TheContractisbasedonthefollowingtermsandconditions:

Article1:ContractScope

1.1ThisContractstipulatestherightsandobligationsofLessorandLesseeinrespectoftherentalofequipment(hereinafterreferredtoasRentalEquipment)byLesseefromLessor.TheRentalEquipmentanditsspecificationsarelistedinAnnex1.

1.2LesseeshallpayLessortherentalfee(hereinafterreferredtoasRentalFee)fortheuseoftheRentalEquipment.TheRentalFeeanditspaymenttermsarestipulatedinArticle3.

Article2:ContractDuration

2.1ThedurationofthisContractshallbefromthedateofitsexecutiontothedatespecifiedinArticle3.3.

Article3:RentalFeeandPayment

3.1LesseeshallpayLessortheRentalFeeattheratespecifiedinAnnex2,basedontheactualusageoftheRentalEquipment.

3.2ThepaymenttermsfortheRentalFeeareasfollows:[Insertpaymenttermshere]

3.3Thecontractdurationshallbe[Insertduration],andthetotalRentalFeeshallbe[Inserttotalfee].ThepaymentscheduleisdetailedinAnnex3.

Article4:Delivery,Return,andInspectionofRentalEquipment

4.1LessorshalldelivertheRentalEquipmenttoLesseeattheagreedlocationandtime.ThedeliverytermsaredetailedinAnnex4.

4.2LesseeshallreturntheRentalEquipmenttoLessorattheendofthecontractduration,inthesameconditionasitwasdelivered,exceptfornormalwearandtear.

4.3LessorshallinspectthereturnedRentalEquipmenttoensureitisingoodcondition.Ifthereareanydamagesormissingparts,Lesseeshallberesponsiblefortheirr
