加强产学研深度融合的高校人才培养策略

摘要：随着经济全球化和技术创新的不断涌现，世界各国政府和企业越来越注重创新驱动发展，对高层次、创新型人才
的需求日益增长。中国位于高等教育普及化国家的行列，且拥有世界规模最大的高等教育体系，但在人才培养质量上仍
有待提升。中国高校普遍面临着拔尖创新人才培养方面的挑战，如传统教学模式难以激发学生的创新思维和实践能力、
未能充分考虑市场需求变化以致人才质量与社会需求脱节现象等。文章旨在探讨深入推进产学研融合对高校人才培养
的促进作用，采用文献综述与案例分析相结合的研究方法，分析产学研深度融合如何成为高校人才培养的新路径。
关键词：产学研融合；高校人才培养；创新驱动发展

Abstract:Withthecontinuousemergenceofeconomicglobalizationandtechnologicalinnovation,governmentsandenterprises
aroundtheworldpaymoreandmoreattentiontoinnovation-drivendevelopment,andthedemandforhigh-levelandinnovative
talentsisgrowing.Chinaranksamongthecountrieswithuniversalhighereducationandhasthelargesthighereducationsystemin
theworld,butthequalityoftalenttrainingstillneedstobeimproved.Chineseuniversitiesaregenerallyfacedwithchallengesinthe
cultivationoftopinnovativetalents,suchasthetraditionalteachingmodelisdiff iculttostimulatestudents’innovativethinkingand
