芦荟护手霜制备及影响因素分析

摘要：为将芦荟提取物应用到护手霜中，采用单因素法来优化处方工艺，分别分析处方中油相组成和比例、油水相比例、
乳化剂组成和用量、乳化温度等因素的影响，产品评价指标为感官评价、耐热耐寒性、分层实验及刺激性等。结果表明，
最佳处方工艺条件为：油相组成为液体石蜡(10%)、凡士林(17%)的组合物，油水相比例为1∶2，乳化剂选用十六十八
醇(3%)、单硬脂酸甘油酯(7%)和吐温-60(7%)混合物，油水相混合温度为60～80℃。此条件下制得的芦荟护手霜色泽
均匀，质地清爽水润，具有良好的耐寒耐热性和稳定性，为芦荟提取物在护肤行业的研究提供一定的理论参考。

Abstract:Inordertoapplyaloeextracttohandcream,singlefactormethodwasusedtooptimizetheprescriptionprocess.The
effectsofoilphasecompositionandratio,oil-waterphaseratio,emulsif iercompositionanddosage,emulsif icationtemperature
andotherfactorsintheprescriptionwereanalyzed,andtheevaluationindexesoftheproductweresensoryevaluation,heatand
coldresistance,stratif icationexperimentandirritation.Theresultsshowedthattheoptimumconditionswereasfollows:theoil
phaseconsistedofthecompositionofliquidparaff in(10%)andpetroleumjelly(17%),theratioofoil-waterphasewas1∶2,the
emulsif ierwasselectedwiththemixtureof16-octadecylalcohol(3%),glycerolmonostearate(7%)andtween-60(7%),andthe
mixingtemperatureofoil-waterphasewas60～80℃.Thealoeverahandcreampreparedunderthisconditionhasuniformcolor,
refreshingtexture,goodcoldandheatresistanceandstability,whichprovidesatheoreticalreferencefortheresearchofaloevera
extractinskincareindustry.
