动载荷作用下迫击炮与土壤刚柔耦合响应分析

摘要：在实弹射击中，一般将迫击炮座钣与水平地面构筑成20°角左右，从而使座钣更加稳固，以提高射击精度。为探究身管与座钣在实弹射击中的最佳配合角度，建立了某型82mm迫击炮与土壤刚柔耦合的有限元模型，对装药号为4号，射角分别为50°、60°,座钣与水平地面分别成10°、20°、30°的6种工况，基于显式求解器进行发射动态响应分析，得到6种工况下迫击炮一发射击时射角的相对变化曲线。在其他发射条件一致时，发现座钣与身管的角度越接近90°,迫击炮射角相对变化量越小，当座钣与身管角度达到90°时，射角相对变化量也达到最小值，此时的射击精度最高。该研究结果对迫击炮的可靠使用、发射动态响应研究和相关辅助装置设计具有参考价值。
