AUTOMOBILERENTALAGREEMENT

ThisAUTOMOBILERENTALAGREEMENT(theAgreement)ismadeandenteredintoasof[Date],byandbetween[LesseesName],anindividual(theLessee),and[LessorsName],a[LessorsEntityType](theLessor).

WHEREAS,LessoristheowneroftheautomobiledescribedinScheduleAhereto(theVehicle),andLessorwishestoleasetheVehicletoLesseeforthepurposessetforthherein;and

WHEREAS,LesseedesirestorenttheVehiclefromLessorforthetermandsubjecttothetermsandconditionssetforthinthisAgreement.

NOW,THEREFORE,inconsiderationofthemutualpromisesandcovenantscontainedherein,thepartiesheretoagreeasfollows:

1.LeaseoftheVehicle

1.1LessorherebyleasestoLessee,andLesseeherebyleasesfromLessor,theVehicleforthetermandsubjecttothetermsandconditionssetforthinthisAgreement.

1.2TheVehicleshallbeusedbyLesseesolelyforpersonal,non-commercialpurposes,andnotforhire,reward,oranyothercommercialpurpose.

2.TermoftheLease

2.1ThetermofthisAgreement(theTerm)shallcommenceonthedatehereofandshallcontinueforaperiodof[Number]months(theInitialTerm),unlessearlierterminatedinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthisAgreement.

2.2UpontheexpirationoftheInitialTerm,thisAgreementshallautomaticallyrenewforsuccessiveperiodsof[Number]monthseach(eachaRenewalTerm),unlesseitherpartygiveswrittennoticetotheotherpartyofitsintentionnottorenewatleast[Number]dayspriortotheexpirationoftheInitialTermorthen-currentRenewalTerm,asapplicable.

3.Rent
