Thisrentalagreementismadebyandbetweenthefollowingparties:

2.RentalPeriod

Therentalperiodshallbefrom[Startdateoftherentalperiod]to[Enddateoftherentalperiod].

3.Rent

Therentshallbepaidmonthlyinadvance,andthetotalrentduringtherentalperiodshallbe[Totalrentduringtherentalperiod].Thefirstmonth’srentshallbepaidatthetimeofsigningthisagreement.

4.SecurityDeposit

6.TerminationofAgreement

Eitherpartymayterminatethisagreementbygivingwrittennoticetotheotherpartyatleast[Minimumnoticeperiodrequiredtoterminatetheagreement]daysbeforetheendoftherentalperiod.Incaseofabreachofthisagreementbyeitherparty,theotherpartymayterminatetheagreementimmediatelyuponwrittennotice.

7.Miscellaneous

7.1TheTenantshallnotassignorsublettherentalpropertywithoutthewrittenconsentoftheLandlord.

7.2TheLandlordshallprovideawrittenreceipttotheTenantforallrentsandsecuritydepositsreceived
