TENANT:

Thisagreementismadeonthedatesetforthbelowbetween[nameoflandlord]and[nameoftenant],hereinafterreferredtoastheLandlordandtheTenant.

1.TheLandlordagreestorenttotheTenantandtheTenantagreestorentfromtheLandlordthepropertylocatedat[addressofproperty],hereinafterreferredtoasthePremises.ThePremisesshallbeusedsolelyforthepurposeof[purposeforwhichthepropertyisbeingrented].

2.Thetermofthisagreementshallbe[lengthofleaseterm],commencingonthedatehereofandterminatingonthedatespecifiedbelow.TheTenantshallhavetherighttooccupythePremisesuntiltheexpirationoftheterm.

3.TherentforthePremisesshallbepaidbytheTenanttotheLandlordintheamountof[rentalamount]per[paymentperiod],payableat[paymentlocation].Allrentalpaymentsshallbemadeinadvanceoftheduedate.

4.TheTenantagreestocomplywithallapplicablelawsandregulations,includingbutnotlimitedtothosepertainingtohealth,safety,andenvironmentalprotection.FailuretodosomayresultinevictionfromthePremises.

5.TheLandlordagreestoprovidetheTenantwithreasonableaccesstothePremisesatalltimesduringthetermofthisagreement.TheTenantshallhaveexclusivepossessionofthePremises,providedthattheycomplywithalltermsandconditionsofthisagreement.

6.TheTenantagreestoreturnthePremisestotheLandlordattheexpirationoftheterminthesameconditionasitwasreceived,exceptfornormalwearandtear.FailuretodosomayresultinadditionalchargesbeingimposedontheTenant.

7.Intheeventthateitherpartybreachesanytermorconditionofthisagreement,theotherpartyshallhavetherighttoseekallremediesavailableatlaw,includingbutnotlimitedtoeviction,damages,andattorneyfees.

8.Thisagreementshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsoft
