TeaExportTradeContract

ThisTeaExportTradeContract(hereinafterreferredtoasContract)ismadeandenteredintoasof[Date],byandbetween[SellersName],acompanydulyorganizedandexistingunderthelawsof[SellersCountry],withitsprincipalplaceofbusinessat[SellersAddress](hereinafterreferredtoasSeller),and[BuyersName],acompanydulyorganizedandexistingunderthelawsof[BuyersCountry],withitsprincipalplaceofbusinessat[BuyersAddress](hereinafterreferredtoasBuyer).

Article1:SubjectMatteroftheContract

1.1TheSelleragreestosellandtheBuyeragreestopurchasethefollowinggoods(hereinafterreferredtoasGoods)asspecifiedintheattachedSchedule1(hereinafterreferredtoasSchedule1),whichformsanintegralpartofthisContract.

Article2:SpecificationsandQualityoftheGoods

2.1TheGoodsshallbeofthespecifications,quality,andgradeasstipulatedinSchedule1.

2.2TheGoodsshallbepackedinnewandsoundcontainers,suitableforlong-distanceoceantransportationandwellprotectedagainstdampness,moisture,rust,andshock,andproperlymarked.

Article3:QuantityandWeight

3.1ThequantityandweightoftheGoodsshallbeasstipulatedinSchedule1.

3.2ThequantityoftheGoodsshallbesubjecttoamoreorless10%variationattheoptionoftheSeller,andthetotalcontractpriceshallbeadjustedaccordingly.

Article4:PriceTerms

4.1ThepriceoftheGoodsshallbeasstipulatedinSchedule1(hereinafterreferredtoasPrice).

4.2ThePriceisbasedonthecostofproduction,packing,andloadingoftheGoodsattheSellerspremises,andisexclusiveofthecostoftransportation,insurance,andotherexpensesrequiredtodelivertheGoodstotheportofshipmentandfromtheportofshipmenttotheportofdestination.

Article5:PaymentTerms

5.1TheBuyershallopenthrough[BankName]anirrevocableletterofcreditinfavoroftheSelle
