EMPLOYMENTCONTRACT

THISCONTRACTismadeandenteredintobyandbetween[YourName],anindividualresidingat[YourAddress],hereinafterreferredtoas“Employee”,and[CompanyName],acorporationorganizedandexistingunderthelawsof[State],hereinafterreferredtoas“Employer”.

1.EMPLOYMENT

TheEmployeeagreestoacceptemploymentwiththeEmployer,andtheEmployeragreestoemploytheEmployee,onthetermsandconditionssetforthinthisContract.TheEmployeewillbeemployedinthepositionof[JobTitle],reportingtothe[Department/Division].

2.DUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES

TheEmployeeagreestoperformsuchdutiesandresponsibilitiesasareassignedtotheEmployeefromtimetotimebytheEmployer,whichmayinclude,butnotbelimitedto,thefollowing:

*ToattendtotheneedsoftheEmployer’scustomersandclients.

*ToperformthetasksassignedtotheEmployeebytheEmployer’smanagement.

*TocomplywithallrulesandregulationsoftheEmployer.

*Toconductoneselfinaprofessionalandethicalmanneratalltimes.

3.SCHEDULE

TheEmployee’sschedulewillbedeterminedbytheneedsoftheEmployer.TheEmployeeagreestoworksuchhoursasmayberequired,includingbutnotlimitedto[WorkingHours],onafull-time,part-time,ortemporarybasis.TheEmployeealsoagreestobeoncalloravailableforworkasneeded.

4.PAY

TheEmployeewillbepaidawageof[Wage]perhour,orasalaryof[Salary]permonth,orothercompensationasmaybedeterminedbytheEmployer,fortheworkperformed.TheEmployee’spayperiodwillbe[PayPeriod],andtheEmployeewillbepaidby[PaymentMethod].TheEmployeeagreestoacceptsuchpayment,andunderstandsthatanychangestotherateofpayorpaymentschedulewillbemadeinwritingbytheEmployer.
