天然气气体性质对燃气轮机设计选型的优化措施

摘要：天然气没有固定的组分，采出气体的成分取决于采出的地点，井与井之间都不相同，因此不可能总是供应相同组
分的燃气，气质有限的变化是可以接受的，天然气作为发动机燃料其化学组分就显得非常重要，因为它影响发动机的性
能和排放。为了保证燃气轮机能正常运行，燃烧室和喷嘴根据气体的组分进行设计，而沃泊指数作为天然气性质表征的
重要参数，对其进行研究分析，可为燃气轮机的燃烧性能和机器的运行提供可靠的参考作用。为此，文章以西气东输所
使用天然气为例，通过对气质相关重要参数的分析，阐述了参数对燃气轮机设计选型的优化措施。

Abstract:Naturalgashasnof ixedcomposition,thecompositionofproducedgasdependsonthelocationofproduction,well
towellarenotthesame,soitisnotalwayspossibletosupplythesamecomponentofgas,temperamentlimitedchangesare
acceptable,naturalgasasanenginefuelitschemicalcompositionisveryimportant,becauseitaffectstheperformanceofthe
engineandemissions.Inordertoensurethenormaloperationofthegasturbinefunction,thecombustionchamberandnozzleare
designedaccordingtothecompositionofthegas,andthestudyandanalysisoftheindexasanimportantparameterofnaturalgas
propertycharacterizationcanprovideareliablereferenceforthecombustionperformanceofthegasturbineandtheoperationof
themachine.Therefore,thispapertakesthenaturalgasusedinthewest-eastgastransmissionasanexample,throughtheanalysis
oftheimportantparametersrelatedtotemperament,describestheoptimizationmeasuresofparameterstothedesignandselection
ofgasturbines.
