DisregardingNedermansafetyregulationsentailsaheavysafetyrisk.

无视尼的曼的安全条例需要承担极大的安全风险。

维护

MaintenancemustbeperformedtoNedermanmaintenancedirections.

所有维护须根据尼的曼的维护说明进行。

Openfire,sparkingorotherformofheatgenerationsuchas:Welding,grinding,boring/drilling

orsmokingetc.maynottakeplacecloserthan3meterstofilters,fans,pipecomponents,

wastecontainers,etc.workingwithexplosiveatmosphere,suchasdustladenair.

加工工艺如焊接，打磨，钻孔包括吸烟等产生的明火、火花或其他形式的热都不得在过滤器、

风机、管道部件及灰桶等设备的3m范围内和防爆区域发生，比如含尘空气中（易爆含尘空

气）

Itmustbeensuredthatcleaningbeperformedonandaroundthesystemcomponentsto

preventinflammableandexplosivedustwastefromignitingandcausingheavydamage.

因此要确保及时清除这些风险，防止系统部件周围的易燃易爆粉尘被点燃，从而避免重大损

失。

Topreventstaticelectricitygenerationinsystemswithaninflammableandexplosive

atmosphere,itmustbeensuredthatsuchsystemswithconnectedductsetc.bedulyearthed.

为防止系统在易燃易爆大气中产生静电，就必须确保该系统所有连接管道都作接地处理。

Maintenanceworkmaynotcommenceuntilthetotalsystemhasstoppedproperly,andthe

powersupplycutinasafemanner,forinstancebylockingthemainswitch.

主系统未完全停机以及电源没有切换到安全模式之前，不得进行维护工作。

Inspectioninsidethesystembyopeninginspectiondoorsandsimilarmaynotbeperformed

untilaftertheusualcleaningperiodshavebeenrun,untilfiltersarefreeofdustaccumulation,

anddust/wastehasbeencarriedtosilo/wastebin.

打开检查门进行系统内部检查之前，必须确保已实施常规清灰，保证过滤器没有积尘，粉尘已

被输送到筒仓或灰桶内。

Inthisconnection,itmustbecheckedwhetherthefilterregenerationhasbeenadequate,by

examiningtheresidualdustaccumulationonthebags.

在这点上，通过检查滤袋内残留的粉尘量，确认滤芯是否需要更换。
