It’snotjustoursenseoftimeinthemomentwhichappearstobechangedbythenaturalworld,andit’salsooursenseofthepastandfuture.Earlierresearchshowsthatspendingtimeinnaturehelpstomoveourfocusfromtheimmediate(目前的)momenttowardsourfutureneeds.Soratherthanfocusingonthestressofthedemands(需求)onourtime,naturehelpsustoseethebiggerpicture.Thiscanhelpusfocusonwhat’simportantsothatwemeetourlong-termgoals.Thisispartlybecausespendingtimeinnatureappearstomakeuslessimpulsive(冲动的),enablingustothinkmoreaboutfuturebenefitsinsteadofwantingimmediateones.
