水针剂使用的玻璃容器称为安瓿，国家标准(GB2637—1995)规定水针剂使用的安瓿一律为曲颈易折安瓿。规格有1ml、2ml、5ml、10ml、20ml五种。在外观上分为两种，即色环易折安瓿和点刻痕易折安瓿，均可平整折断。
