functioncallinonemoduletotheactualfunctioninthelibrarymodule.Static

linkingoccursduringprogramdevelopmentwhenyoulinkvariousobject(.OBJ)

modules,run-timelibrary(.LIB)files,andusuallyacompiledresource(.RES)file

tocreateaWindows.EXEfile.Dynamiclinkinginsteadoccursatruntime.
