InternationalEquipmentRentalContract
PartyA(hereinafterreferredtoasLessor)andPartyB(hereinafterreferredtoasLessee)haveagreedtothefollowingtermsandconditionsfortherentalofequipmentbyLessortoLessee:
1.RentalEquipment
TheequipmenttoberentedbyLessortoLesseeisasfollows:
(Insertalistofequipment,includingequipmentname,modelnumber,quantity,andotherrelevantdetails)
2.RentalPeriod
Therentalperiodshallbeforaperiodof(Insertthedurationoftherentalperiod,suchas30daysoronemonth).Therentalperiodshallcommenceonthedateofthesigningofthiscontractandshallendonthedatespecifiedinthecontract.
3.RentalRateandPayment
Therentalratefortheequipmentshallbe(Inserttherentalrate,suchasUSD100perdayorUSD3000permonth).LesseeshallpaytherentalratetoLessoronamonthlybasis,inadvance.Lesseeshallalsoberesponsibleforanytaxesorotherchargesrelatedtotherentaloftheequipment.
4.UseandCareofEquipment
LesseeshallusetheequipmentinaccordancewiththeinstructionsprovidedbyLessorandshallensurethattheequipmentisproperlycaredforandmaintainedduringtherentalperiod.Lesseeshallnotusetheequipmentforanypurposeotherthanthosespecifiedinthiscontract.
5.ReturnofEquipment
Attheendoftherentalperiod,LesseeshallreturntheequipmenttoLessorinthesameconditionasitwasreceived,exceptfornormalwearandtear.Iftheequipmentisnotreturnedingoodcondition,LessormaychargeLesseeforanydamagesorrepairsnecessarytorestoretheequipmenttoitsoriginalcondition.
6.TerminationofContract
Eitherpartymayterminatethiscontractatanytime,providedthattheygivewrittennoticetotheotherpartyatleast(Inserttheminimumnoticeperiod,suchas7daysor14days)priortothedateoftermination.IfLesseeterminatesth
