WHEREAS,PartyAandPartyBhaveagreedtoenterintothisContractforthepurposeof[briefdescriptionofthepurposeoftheContract];

NOW,THEREFORE,inconsiderationofthemutualcovenantsandagreementscontainedherein,thepartiesheretoagreeasfollows:

1.SubjectMatteroftheContract

2.CommissionStructure

c.PartyAhasreviewedandapprovedthedocumentationandinformationprovidedbyPartyB.

4.Confidentiality

ThepartiesagreetomaintaintheconfidentialityofanyandallinformationdisclosedtothembytheotherpartyinconnectionwiththisContract.Suchconfidentialityobligationsshallsurvivetheterminationore
