复杂工况下盾构隧道施工成本控制研究

摘要：随着轨道交通建设的快速发展，盾构法作为一种高效、安全的隧道施工方法，在铁路隧道建设中得到了广

泛应用。然而，由于盾构段施工环境的复杂性和不确定性，施工过程中容易遇到各种难点问题，如何控制复杂工况

下的施工成本成为项目成本控制的关键。基于此，本文结合铁路建设实际工程项目，详细探讨了盾构段的施工难

点及痛点，并深入分析了其对施工成本控制的影响；随后，针对施工难点问题有针对性地提出了施工优化对策，并

进一步系统地阐述了复杂工况下盾构隧道施工成本控制措施与建议，以期为类似工程项目提供了参考依据。

Abstract:Withtherapiddevelopmentofrailtransitconstruction,shieldmethod,asanefficientandsafe

tunnelconstructionmethod,hasbeenwidelyusedinrailwaytunnelconstruction.However,duetothe

complexityanduncertaintyoftheconstructionenvironmentofshieldsection,variousdifficultproblems

areeasilyencounteredduringtheconstructionprocess.Howtocontroltheconstructioncostunder

complexworkingconditionshasbecomethekeytototalprojectcostcontrol.Basedonthis,inthispaper,

combinedwithactualrailwayconstructionprojects,theconstructiondifficultiesandpainpointsofthe

shieldsectionareelaboratedindetail,theimpactonconstructioncostcontrolisdeeplyexplored,and

targetedconstructionoptimizationstrategiesareproposed.Subsequently,theconstructioncostcontrol

measuresandsuggestionsforshieldtunnelundercomplexworkingconditionsarefurthersystematically

discussedtoprovidereferenceforsimilarengineeringprojects.
