华润三九医药股份有限公司营运能力分析
摘要
改革开放以来，医药行业在我国的发展突飞猛进，在市场经济不断深入发展的今天，医药行业竞争越来越激烈。为了更好地提升自身的竞争力，很多企业开始重视财务方面的工作。医药行业中的企业要想在市场激烈竞争中求生存，求发展，须要对营运能力进行详细分析，不断巩固企业营运能力。因此，本文以华润三九医药股份有限公司为研究对象，通过纵向比较分析华润三九医药2017年-2022年的四项营运能力指标，然后通过横向比较分析华润三九医药与白云山和同仁堂两企业在四项营运能力指标方面的差距。经指标分析发现，华润三九医药股份有限公司在营运能力方面存在存货管理薄弱、应收账款回款慢、固定资产管理偏弱的问题。同时，针对企业在营运能力方面存在的问题提出对策建议，即建立健全存货管理、完善应收账款催收制度、优化固定资产管理模式。希望通过本研究，能够对华润三九医药股份有限公司营运能力水平的提升有所裨益，推进企业长期稳步发展。同时，期望能对同一行业中的其他公司处理相同问题时起到一定的借鉴意义。
