SpecificationAgreement

ThisSpecificationAgreement(thisAgreement)isalegalagreementbetweenAdvancedMicroDevices,Inc.(AMD)andYouastherecipient

oftheattachedAMDSpecification(theSpecification).IfyouareaccessingtheSpecificationaspartofyourperformanceofworkforanother

party,youacknowledgethatyouhaveauthoritytobindsuchpartytothetermsandconditionsofthisAgreement.Ifyouaccessedthe

SpecificationbyanymeansorotherwiseuseorprovideFeedback(definedbelow)ontheSpecification,Youagreetothetermsandconditions

setforthinthisAgreement.IfYoudonotagreetothetermsandconditionssetforthinthisAgreement,youarenotlicensedtousethe

Specification;donotuse,accessorprovideFeedbackabouttheSpecification.InconsiderationofYouruseoraccessoftheSpecification(in

wholeorinpart),thereceiptandsufficiencyofwhichareacknowledged,Youagreeasfollows:

1.YoumayreviewtheSpecificationonly(a)asareferencetoassistYouinplanninganddesigningYourproduct,serviceortechnology

(Product)tointerfacewithanAMDproductincompliancewiththerequirementsassetforthintheSpecificationand(b)toprovide

FeedbackabouttheinformationdisclosedintheSpecificationtoAMD.

2.ExceptasexpresslysetforthinParagraph1,allrightsinandtotheSpecificationareretainedbyAMD.ThisAgreementdoesnotgiveYou

anyrightsunderanyAMDpatents,copyrights,trademarksorotherintellectualpropertyrights.Youmaynot(i)duplicateanypart
