Tektronixwarrantstotheoriginalenduserpurchaser(“originalpurchaser”)oftheproductlistedbelowthat

theproductwillbefreefromdefectsinmaterialsandworkmanshipforthelifetimeoftheproduct.Asused

herein,“lifetimeoftheproduct”isdefinedasaperiodendingfive(5)yearsafterTektronixdiscontinues

manufacturingtheproduct(asdeterminedbyTektronix),butthewarrantyperiodshallbeatleastten(10)

yearsfromthedateofpurchaseoftheproductbytheoriginalpurchaserfromTektronixoran
