Afteranear-fatalmotorcycleaccidentin1966,Dylanwentintoseclusionforalmostayear.HeemergedwithoneofhisgreatestartisticachievementswiththistrackfromtheJohnWesleyHardingalbum.Manycriticshaveseenthissongasasumming-upofDylanslifeandcareer.
