Thismoduleseekstoprovideaninsighttotheoriesandconceptsinthestudyofhuman

behaviourthataresignificantwithregardtoworkingwithothersinanorganisational

setting.Inaddition,themoduleaimstoenablestudentstranslatebehaviouraltheory,

conceptsandtechniquesintopracticeandtherebyenhanceorganisationalperformance.

7.3.3ModuleIntroduction

Thismoduleintroducesstudentstotheprinciplesandpracticesofprofessionalpeople

management.Themodulewillallowstudentsreflectontheirownpeoplemanagementskills

andabilitiesandintroducethemtothetheoreticalconceptsthatunderpinmodernpeople

managementprinciplesandtechniques.
