二、课程描述及目标

（一）课程简介

《OrganizationalBehavior》isanelectivecourseinManagementScience,andisthebasiccourseofhumanresourcemanagement,businessmanagementandmarketing.Itcoursefocusesonthestudyandstudyofthebehaviorofindividuals,groups,organizations,andthelawsbehindbehavior.Thiscourseasksstudentstounderstandthebehaviorofthesethreelevelsfromapsychologicalpointofviewandthelawsbehindit.

（二）教学目标

OrganizationalBehaviorsthestudyofpeopleinorganizationsandtheirpsychologyandbehavior.Thepurposeofteaching:onthebasisofmasteringthelawsofhumanpsychologyandbehaviorintheorganization.Thiscoursecanimprovetheabilityofmanagerstopredict,explain,andimprovethebehaviorofpeopleinanorganization,anditcanultimatelyimproveorganizationalperformanceandachieveorganizationalgoals.OrganizationalBehaviorsisabasiccoursewithboththeoreticalandpracticalapplication.Itstheoreticalbasisismainlyfrombehavioralscienceandmanagement,anditsapplicationisreflectedintheanalysisandsolvethemanagementoftheactualbehaviorofthepeople.Therefore,therearetwoaspectsofitsteachingobjectivesandtasks:oneistoenablestudentstomasterthebasictheoryoforganizationalbehaviorinthemainfield,mastertheimportanttheoreticalpoint;Thesecondistoenablestudentstotrytodothetheorywithpractice,learntousetherelevanttheoreticalanalysisandsolvethemanagementpracticeofhumanbehaviorproblems,improveitsabilitytoanalyzeandsolveproblems.
