wasteandwaslaggingbehindtherestofEurope.Todaythatfigureis68%，andits

landfillreceivesalmost80%lessrubbish，puttingitatthetopofthecyclingleader

boardofEUcapitals.TheSloveniancapitalnowproducesonly115kgofresidual

wastepercapitaannually(theEuropeancitywiththelowestfigureisthemuchsmaller
