Introduction

Technologiesofrailtransportequipmenthaveundergoneseveralstagesfromthe“leapfrogdevelopmentofrailway”

proposedbytheMinistryofRailwaysofthePRCin2003totheCRH380Agearboxdrivingdevicebeinglistedasa

nationalkeynewproductin2014.Themaintechnicaldifficultiesareasfollows:

a)Duetothefastrunningspeedofthetrain,itneedstofacetheextremelyharshoperatingenvironmentsuchas

hightemperature,severecold,humidity,sandanddust,etc.

b)Inthenarrowspaceunderthetrain,therearegaugerestrictionsanddistancerequirementsbetweentheground

andtherailsurface;

c)Thesingle-stagetransmissionratioislarge.

Inviewoftheabovecharacteristics,railtransportgearproductsneedtomeet(super)highreliabilityrequirements,

andforgingsasthesourcecomponentsneedtobestrictlyregulated.Thisdocumentlistsspeci
