(1)TheContentandmainpointsofconstructionmaterialreview

（1）检查验收资料应是在按要求内容进行自检的基础上，根据法定程序经有权单位审核签章后的方为有效资料。

（2）材料、半成品、构配件及工程实体的检验材料必须先试后用，原材料、半成品和成品的质量必须合格，并应有出厂证明或试验单。
