【摘要】目的：对比分析硬膜外麻醉（EA）与B超引导下神经阻滞麻醉在老年髓关手术患者中的麻醉效果及安

全性。方法：纳入本院2021年1月一2022年7月期间收治的老年髓关手术患者共90例，按照随机数表法将其分为

A组（n=45）和B组（n=45）。A组在EAT手术，B组在B超引导下神经阻滞麻醉方案下手术。对比两组麻醉效果

（麻醉优良率、麻醉起效时间及镇痛效果）以及术后不良反应发生情况。结果：B组麻醉优良率高于A组，麻醉起效时

间短于A组，术后VAS评分和不良反应发生率低于A组，均有统计学差异（Pv0.05）。结论：与硬膜外麻醉相比，B

超引导下神经阻滞麻醉可提高老年髓关手术患者麻醉效果，减少不良反应，安全性好。
