Aseducators,wemustembraceourpassionwithopenarms.Wemustbewillingtogotheextramile,tosacrificeourowntimeandenergyforthesakeofourstudents.Foritisinthissacrificethatwefindtruefulfillment.

II.TheMindofaScholar

Anoutstandingteacherisalifelonglearner.Thepursuitofknowledgeisnotadestinationbutajourney.Wemustconstantlyseektoexpandourhorizons,todelvedeeperintothesubjectsweteach,andtostayabreastofthelatestresearchandpedagogicaltechniques.
