【摘要】目的：探讨中医辨证理念护理对痛风性关节炎患者康复及心理健康的影。方法：选择100例痛风性关

节炎患者，运用随机方法分成观察组和对照组，各50例。对照组予以常规治疗及护理，观察组在对照组基础上予以中

医辨证理论护理。比较两组干预前与干预2个月后中医症候积分以及心理健康状况评分(SAS及SDS)。结果：干预2

个月后，两组中医症候积分、SAS评分以及SDS评分都下降，且观察组上述评分低于对照组(Pv0.05)o结论：对痛

风性关节炎患者运用基于中医辨证理论的护理干预，有助于患者早期康复，提高心理健康水平。

[Abstract]Objective：ToinvestigatetheeffectofTMsyndromedifferentiationconceptnursingonthe

rehabilitationandmentalhealthofpatientswithgoutyarthritis.Methods：Atotalof100patientswithgoutyarthritiswere

selectedandrandomlydividedintotheobservationgroupandthecontrolgroup,with50casesineachgroup.The

controlgroupwasgivenconventionaltreatmentandnursing,andtheobservationgroupwasgivenTMsyndrome

differentiationtheorynursingonthebasisofthecontrolgroup.TheTMsymptomscoresandmentalhealthstatus

scores(SASandSDS)beforeinterventionand2monthsafterinterventionbetweenthetwogroupswerecompared.

Results：After2monthsofintervention,theTMsyndromescores,SASscoreandSDSscoreinbothgroups

decreased,andtheabovescoresoftheobservationgroupwerelowerthanthoseofthecontrolgroup

(P0.05).onclusion：Forpatientswithgoutyarthritis,theapplicationofnursinginterventionbasedonthesyndrome

differentiationtheoryoftraditionalhinesemedicineishelpfultoearlyrecoveryandimprovementalhealthlevelof

patients.
