PREAMBLE:

TheHotelPartyandtheGuestParty,desiringtoenterintoabindingcontractfortheprovisionofhotelservices,herebyagreeasfollows:

1.SERVICESTOBEPROVIDED:

TheHotelPartyagreestoprovidetheGuestPartywiththefollowingservices:

-Accommodationinastandardroomfor[InsertDuration]

-Breakfastservedatthehotelrestaurant

-Useofthehotelsfacilities,includingswimmingpool,gym,andspa

-Freewirelessinternetaccessinallroomsandpublicareas

-Dailyhousekeepingservice

-Luggagestorageservice

-Assistancewithmakingreservationsatlocalrestaurantsandattractions,uponrequest

2.PAYMENTTERMS:

TheGuestPartyagreestopayfortheservicesprovidedasfollows:

-Anon-refundabledepositof[InsertAmount]isdueuponbookingconfirmation.Thebalanceisdueuponcheck-in.

-Paymentcanbemadebycreditcardorbanktransfer.

-Alltaxesandservicechargesareincludedinthetotalcost.

3.CANCELLATIONANDREFUNDPOLICY:

Intheeventofcancellation,theGuestPartyisresponsibleforthefollowingfees:

-Cancellationmademorethan7dayspriortocheck-in:depositisrefundable,butasmalladministrativefeewillbecharged.

-Cancellationmadewithin7daysofcheck-in:depositisnon-refundable.

-Noshoworearlycheck-out:fullcostofthereservedservicesischarged.

4.CHECK-INANDCHECK-OUT:
