;（二）喷混凝土的喷射方式Thewaytosprayconcrete

1.干拌法（干喷）Drymixingmethod(dryspray)

粉尘和回弹量较大，但压送距离比较大，适合于岩面比较湿润或者涌水的工况

2.湿拌法（湿喷）Wetmixingmethod(wetspray)

混凝土的品质管理比较容易，粉尘和回弹量较小，但不能长距离输送，机械、管路清理必须用水，拌和料放置时间管理很重要。

;（三）喷混凝土的材料及其组成

1.水泥cement

优先采用32.5号以上的普通硅酸盐水泥;掺入速凝剂后凝结快、保水性好、早期强度增加快、收缩小。

PriorityisgiventoordinaryPortlandcementabove32.5;Afterincorporationofthequick-settingagent,thecondensationisfast,thewaterretentionisgood,theearlystrengthincreasesquickly,andtheshrinkageissmall.

2.砂子:采用中砂或粗中砂，含泥量不超过3%。

Sand:mediumsandorcoarsemediumsand,theamountofmuddoesnotexceed3%.

3.石子:坚硬、耐久的卵石或碎石，最大粒径不大于15mm的瓜米石。速凝剂

4.速凝剂Quick-settingagent

Generally2%to4%ofthecementquality(3%to4%canbeusedwhensprayingarches,2%to3%whensprayingedgewalls),theinitialcoagulationofcementslurryshouldnotbemorethan5min,andthefinalcoagulationshouldnotbegreaterthan10min.
